Eastern Railway Recruitment 2012 – 223 Technician & Clerk Vacancies: Eastern Railway has issued notification against recruitment of 223 Technician and Clerk Vacancies as Special Recruitment Drive for Persons with Disabilities. 3. Technician Gr.III (Painter) – 03 vacancies
4. Technician Gr.III (Dsl/Mech.) – 23 vacancies
5. Technician Gr.III (Mechinist) – 14 vacancies
6. Technician Gr.III (Elect.Fitter) – 40 vacancies
7. Technician Gr.III (Motor Mechanic) – 02 vacancies
8. Technician Gr.III (Fitter) – 01 vacancy
9. Tr. Trains Clerk – 15 vacancies
10. Commercial Clerk – 47 vacancies
11. Chief Law Asstt. – 03 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 40 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess ITI Certificate in concerned trade for Technician post, Matriculation for Tr Trains Clerk and Commercial Clerk posts and Degree in Law for Chief Law Asst post.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test followed by Document Verification.
